The best way to start is with a free 15 minute introductory call. This is a brief, no obligation conversation where you can discuss what you are seeking from counselling, ask any questions you have about the process, and ensure that my approach is the right fit for your needs.
Session Information
My practice is accessible for individuals across the East Riding of Yorkshire and Hull.
Location: Sessions are offered both online (via a secure video platform) and in person at my premises in Beverley.
Duration: Full counselling sessions typically last 50 minutes.
Fees: My current session fees will be discussed during our introductory call.
